The tours will be at 10:15 - 11:00 and will alternate between QAG and GOMA. Meet at 10:00 at the Melbourne Street entrance for the QAG tour or the GOMA entrance for that tour. Each tour is capped at 15 and you must register in advance to be on a tour.

From 9-10am, we do Shibashi Sets 1-3, 8 Brocades, Lohan, Lotus, Tai Chi 10 as well as some other breathing and stretching exercises.
